Property listings on IndustrialProp are provided for informational purposes only. While we take reasonable steps to ensure accuracy, we do not guarantee that listing information (including price, availability, size, or specifications) is complete, accurate, or up to date.

All transactions are conducted directly between the buyer/tenant and the property owner or agent. IndustrialProp is not a party to any property transaction and accepts no liability for the outcome of any transaction arising from use of the platform.

All content on this platform — including text, images, logos, listing descriptions, and AI-generated summaries — is owned by or licensed to IndustrialProp and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws in Malaysia.

You may view and print content for personal, non-commercial use only. Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of any content without our prior written consent is prohibited.

Our AI assistant, Landy, is provided as a convenience tool to help users discover properties. Responses from Landy are generated automatically and may not always be accurate, complete, or current.

Landy’s responses do not constitute professional real estate, legal, or financial advice. You should always verify information independently before making any property decision.

Our platform may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of those sites and do not endorse them. Access to third-party sites is at your own risk.

The platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

To the fullest extent permitted by Malaysian law, IndustrialProp shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or reliance on any information obtained through the platform.
