Where the figures come from
544 price pages for 16 states and territories, from 55,305 sales up to June 2026. Updated after each NAPIC release; last updated 10 October 2026.
Figures come from NAPIC Open Sales Data, the government record of property sales. "Typical" is the median sale price per sq ft of floor space: half of the sales were higher, half lower. A place needs 30 sales for its own page.
Prepared by Jasper Wu (data) and Jay Kew, REN57969. See how we work out sale prices, or read our Klang Valley analysis of factory prices, land value and tenure.

Questions about Landy Insights
Where do the figures come from?
From the sales that NAPIC, the National Property Information Centre, records for property sold in Malaysia. They are sold prices, not asking prices.
How often are they updated?
After each NAPIC release, a few times a year. The figures on these pages cover sales up to June 2026.
Is it free?
Yes. The maps and every price page are free to use, with no sign-up.
Is this a valuation?
No. It is the typical price of recorded sales in an area, not a valuation of your property. Under the Valuers, Appraisers, Estate Agents and Property Managers Act 1981, only a registered valuer can value a property. For a free price check, WhatsApp Jay Kew (REN57969).
