Industrial Property in Rawang
Rawang is the northern end of the Klang Valley's factory belt, in Gombak district north of Kuala Lumpur. Its industrial parks sit where the North–South Expressway, the LATAR expressway to Kuala Selangor and the Guthrie Corridor Expressway to Shah Alam meet, which suits manufacturers and distributors serving both the Klang Valley and the northern states. Key Industrial Areas
Saujana Teknologi Park, off Jalan STR near Bandar Country Homes, is the newest cluster: semi-D factories with 24-hour security, and logistics firms such as J&T Express among its tenants. Rawang Perdana and Rawang Integrated Industrial Park hold older terrace and semi-D stock. Further north, Kundang and the Bukit Beruntung and Serendah parks extend the belt at lower prices.
Prices
Rawang sits further from Port Klang and central Kuala Lumpur than Sungai Buloh, Kepong or Shah Alam, and its factories sell for less per sq ft than in any of them. Highway Access
The North–South Expressway passes the town, so lorries reach Perak and the northern states without crossing Kuala Lumpur. LATAR runs west towards Kuala Selangor, and the Guthrie Corridor Expressway runs south to Shah Alam, which brings the Shah Alam and Klang industrial areas within reach without the Federal Highway.
