Industrial Property in Nilai

Nilai is Negeri Sembilan's main industrial town on the Klang Valley side, on the North–South Expressway and about 20 minutes by road from KLIA. Its estates range from the terrace and semi-D factories of Nilai 3, also known for its wholesale trade, to the newer XME Business Park at Nilai Impian. Factories here sell for well under half the Shah Alam price per sq ft, which draws manufacturers that need space near the airport and Sepang.
